Customer Support Representatives

Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer support. This is our entry-level position in our Customer Support area. Our CSRs routinely make decisions to help our clients achieve maximum results with the Search Engine Marketing services we provide them. Responsibilities include communicating with our clients in a variety of ways such as inbound and outbound phone calls and e-mail. NetBiz CSRs develop win-win solutions that help NetBiz retain clients as we support their Internet marketing efforts.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Contact new clients to welcome them to NetBiz, and ensure that our clients understand that they have multiple contact points to help with any issues they may encounter.
  • Promptly respond to our clients' questions by conducting performance evaluations of their marketing campaign.
  • Resolve client issues, complaints and questions, assuring a win-win solution.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Excellent listening skills, giving full attention to our clients’ concerns and issues, and understanding the issues from our clients’ points of view.
  • Good logic and reasoning skills to develop and identify solutions.
  • Good time management skills.

Knowledge

  • Internet technology, terminology, and function.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly understand all NetBiz products, services and functional departments.

Consultative Sales - Internet Marketing Strategist

We have positions available to fill on our Internet Marketing Strategy team. We will not be able to meet with each person who expresses interest, so please be sure you thoroughly explain why we should include you in the interview pool.

Internet Marketing Strategist

Summary Description

As a NetBiz Internet Marketing Strategist, you will provide sales revenue by developing and executing sales strategies which result in maximum revenue, profit and market share for NetBiz. You will use consultative selling techniques that drive long-term sustainable growth and deliver integrated solutions to maximize our customers' online exposure. This position requires you to partner with various departments to ensure alignment with fulfillment; you will work with the account management, website/SEO support, social media, and video teams. You will be accountable for developing and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals. You will formulate Internet advertising recommendations, which are specifically designed to meet your customers' needs and objectives. You will also be accountable for effectively managing your time and contributing to the growth and development of overall business strategy and priority objectives.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate for the position will possess:

  • Sales experience, with a focus on consultative selling
  • 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Experience and/or basic understanding of SEO and social media a plus
  • Must have the ability to understand business needs, find creative solutions, and make sound recommendations
  • Strong work ethic as well as effective time management
  • Understanding of sales processes, policies and procedures
  • Strategic sales experience with large volume of phone sales
  • Must have ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, including the abilities to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with clear, concise written messages through memos, e-mails and reports

Schedule: Full time (up to 8 hours per day)

Compensation: Base plus commission; we expect total annual compensation to be $50k+

Internet Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Internet Marketing Specialist (IMS) will be focusing on specified business-to-business cold calls for a particular area or industry. These calls will be assigned in a region chosen by your sales manager. An IMS must have a basic understanding of computers. They must be able to evaluate each potential customer’s needs and emphasize product features based on technical knowledge of the product, to fit those customer needs, while being able to build rapport to generate customer referrals and future up-sales. This person will have a strong understanding of websites, and Google, Yahoo, and Bing search engines. An IMS will be responsible for reporting all sales to their manager, collecting basic payment information and turning over accurate information to a Sales Order Entry Specialist for order entry.

Compensation is on an hourly base, with commissions driving first-year earnings to $35,000 - $60,000 or more. Second year earnings range from $50,000 to $100,000.

Website Support Specialist

NetBiz, Inc. is a growing Internet Marketing and Website Development company. We are looking for an entry-level Website Support Specialist to add to our website support department. This position will be responsible for technical support for our increasing base of website customers.

We are looking for someone who has a good, web-savvy aptitude and is a team player with the initiative to work independently. The Website Support Specialist should be someone who enjoys helping people solve problems over the phone and email, and who has the intellectual curiosity to pursue creative solutions.

Desired Skills

  • Superb customer service skills and discipline.
  • Good communications skills and phone etiquette including phone tutorial skills.
  • Broad understanding of Web applications, use and implementation such as search tools, domain names, website structure and navigation.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and website and photo-editing tools.
  • Good time management.
  • Creativity with respect to website structure and use.
  • Internet business-to-business insight.
  • Strong control of English language, both spoken and written.
